How Hulk Labour Hire Services handles the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the applicant intake form we collect your name, mobile number, email address, residential address, the cards, licences and tickets you tell us you hold, and any photos or documents you upload as evidence. If somebody submits on your behalf, we also record their name and relationship to you.
We do not ask for date of birth, passport, Medicare or bank details through this website.
Why we collect it
Your information is used to assess work suitability, verify the role requirements for an assignment and contact you about available work. Submitting your details does not guarantee employment or an assignment.
How it is stored
Documents are stored in private cloud storage. They are not published, indexed or accessible from a public link. Our office staff access them through short-lived secure links generated only when needed.
Mobile verification
We send a one-time six-digit code by SMS to confirm the number belongs to you. Codes are stored only in a hashed form, expire after 10 minutes and are limited in the number of attempts and resends.
Who we share it with
Information may be shared with a host employer or client where it is relevant to a placement, and with the recruitment or workforce systems Hulk uses to manage assignments. We do not sell personal information.
Consent and marketing
We record the consent wording, version and time of each consent you give. Consent to receive work opportunity updates is optional and separate from submitting your details, and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
